Extra protein omelet

For 3 – 4 servings you need:
• 4 eggs
• cca 150 ml milk
• 3 spoons Moringa powder
• 100 g cottage cheese
• basil leaves
• butter (small piece)
• fresh quinoa
• dry tomatos in oil
• ½ teaspoon of salt
Sauté butter with basil leaves and add creamed mixture of milk, eggs, salt, Moringa and cottage cheese. Pour into a hot frying pan, add a handful of cooked quinoa and add the tomatoes. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
